Molokai,Maui - Magnificent Mokuhooniki Rock.

Aloha!

Yes here it is in its full glory! What does it remind you of? Molokai's Mokuhooniki Rock is an amazing visual illusion. It really does look like an Elephant just ran out of steam and laid down in the ocean before reaching his destination of Molokai, Maui!

This picture was taken by our own roving in house photographer on his latest excursion with Alex Air on a Doors Off Helitour.

Yes he loves his job! What we love more is sharing magnificent hidden treasures that you may not experience or realise exists on your Maui Vacation. Please share any shots you may have of uniquely beautiful and rarely seen treasures of Maui on Twit Pics or Flickr. Label them TwittdealPic and we will link to them and feature them here on our blog and tweet them on TwittDeal!

Have an Extraordinary time searching for wonderful experiences on Maui. There are so many yet to be discovered and rediscovered.

  1. Beautiful pic of Elephant Rock. I dove that site many years back and encountered a 18 foot tiger shark, 2 barracudas, each about 4-5 feet long and of course the several huge sea turtles bigger than a 4-top dining table....everything was pre-historic and I don't ever run into a shark that size again.
